MapX Personnel participated in the Project Management Training and Updating last July 7, 2022 at Mt. Bagarabon, Mabua, Surigao City.
The Manage Your Assets, Properties and Map It For Visualization or MapX, through its management, envisions its personnel to have a continuous learning program.
With this, the MapX employees participated in the Project Management Training and Updating conducted by Ms. Jecel Payot, last July 7, 2022 at Mt. Bagarabon, Mabua, Surigao City. The activity commenced with introduction of the resource speaker by Dr. Rolyn Daguil, MapX Project Manager.
Then, the best practices in Project Management and Implementation were discussed. These practices include: Communication Planning, Project Planning, Risk Response Management, Change Management, Documentation and Project Closure. There was also an open forum at the end of the discussion, in which questions and clarification regarding the discussions were thoroughly addressed.
The afternoon session started with the updating of the milestones of the project partnership with the City Government of Butuan. The issues and concerns of the partner LGU were also discussed and resolved accordingly.
The training ended with the statement of Ms. Jecel Payot, “In order to have a successful project implementation, every team member should be comfortable and quick enough to speak of his struggles, issues and concerns, and reach out to achieve the best possible response to the situation.”
